SUBJECT:    BASIC HYGIENE MEASURES TO BE ENFORCED IN THE COI OFFICE PREMISES TO CONTAIN THE SPREAD OF CORONA VIRUS

 

It has become necessary to reinforce the control measures aimed at containing the spread of coronavirus in the city.

 

The following measures are to be strictly observed within the COI office premises:

 

1. All Staff and visitors are to wear face masks. Do not let persons without masks into the office;

2. Sanitizers are to be used for persons entering the COI office;

3. Social distancing of 1 meter are to be maintained at the office premises including inside the hearing room;

4. Avoid direct handshakes

5. All visitors are required to fill in Contact Tracing Form held at the front desk.

 

All must adhere to these control measures so as to reduce spread of corona virus.
