1. Witness No. 2 – Sir Julius Chan, former Prime Minister and first Finance Minister
No appearance. Sir Julius was not ready to give his evidence. Adjourned to Wednesday 12th May, 2021 at 10:00am to give evidence.
2. Witness No. 14 & 87 - Dairi Vele, Secretary for Treasury, Director of Gas Project Office & Chairman of IPIC Loan Refinancing Committee

6. Witness No. 90- Professor David Kavanamur, Chairman, Kumul Consolidated Holdings (formerly IPBC)
Counsel for the witness (Mr Sawong) appeared. After discussions with Commissioners and counsel, the matter was adjourned to 30th April 2021 at 10:00 for mention to give evidence.

2. Witness No. 14 & 87- Dairi Vele, Secretary for Treasury, Director of Gas Project Office & Chairman of IPIC Loan Refinancing Committee
Mr Vele was recalled to clarify several aspects of his affidavit. He was further examined on oath on steps taken to furnish further information to the Commission. The matter was then adjourned generally.
